What is Concrete Mix Ratio?

Concrete mix ratio refers to the proportion of cement, sand, aggregates (like crushed stone), and water used to prepare concrete.

Types of Concrete Mix Ratios

1. Nominal Mix Ratio-  – M5 – 1:5:10  – M7.5 – 1:4:8 – M10 – 1:3:6 – M15 – 1:2:4 – M20 – 1:1.5:3 2. Design Mix Ratio – M25 – 1:1:2 – M30 – 1:0.75:1.5  – M35, M40, etc.
